Translation
English translation In the year of the Lord 1507 on the 7th day of the month of February died the noble and generous sir Johan van Boekhout, canon of the Dom Church in Utrecht, whose soul may rest in peace.
Dutch translation In het jaar des Heren 1507 op de 7de dag van de maand februari stierf de nobele en edelmoedige heer Johan van Boekhout, kanunnik van de Domkerk in Utrecht, wiens ziel in vrede moge rusten.
