Provenance Inherited by Gabbema's sister, after it had been in the care of T. Gutberleth for a while. She bequeathed it to the Old Burger Weeshuis. In 1854 it was given in loan to the Friesch Genootschap. In 1911 donated to the Provinciale Bibliotheek in Leeuwarden.
