Translation
English translation Librecht van den Biessen with wife, his son John, former canon of St Servatius's, and also Andries, chaplain and hospitaller, are buried beneath this marble. Pray to God.
Dutch translation Librecht van den Biessen met vrouw zoon Jan, eertijds kanunnik van de St. Servaas, en ook Andries, kapelaan en gasthuismeester, zijn begraven onder dit marmer. Bidt tot God.

In 1536 and 1538 an Andries van den Bies(s)en from Maastricht payed a so-called death debt to the Illustre Lieve Vrouwe Broederschap (Illustrious Confraternity of Our Lady) in 's-Hertogenbosch after his death.
