Provenance
Provenance After the reformation in 1572 the archives of the parish churches of Delft got dispersed widely. Part of the archive of the Hypolitus or 'Old' Church was in 1577 in the 'secreet vertrek' in the city hall, where a global inventory was made (Archief Kerkvoogdij Nederlands Hervormde Gemeente, inv. nr. 239.) Only a part of the mentioned documents was regained in the archives mentioned in the inventory. Three different collections of documents are brought together again in the present collection in the archive of Delft, supplemented with some additional loose documents.
