Transcription Anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo duodecimo die Iovis vicesima sexta mensis Augusti obiit venerabilis doctus vir magister Ludolph de Dammone, pastor et fundator prebende sancti Nicolai in Stedum.
Translation
English translation In the year of the Lord 1512, on Thursday the 26th of the month of August, died the venerable, learned man, master Ludolph de Dammone, parish priest and founder of the prebend of St Nicholas in Stedum.
Dutch translation In het jaar onzes Heren 1512, op donderdag de 26ste van de maand augustus, stierf de eerbiedwaardige, geleerde man, meester Ludolf van Dam, pastoor en stichter van de prebende van Sint Nicolaas in Stedum.
