English translation In the year of our Lord 1565 on the [...] of July died brother Gerhardus of Hasselt, who was at the head of this convent for three times ten years and is buried here, whose soul rests in peace.
Dutch translation In het jaar ons Heren 1565 op de [...] van juli stierf broeder Gerard van Hasselt, die driemaal tien jaren aan het hoofd van ons huis heeft gestaan, en hij is hier begraven, wiens ziel in vrede rust.
