Translation
English translation In the year of the Lord 1517 on the 11th day of June died the venerable sir, master Hendrik van Moudwijck, canon of the Utrecht Dom Church, buried here. Pray for him.
Dutch translation In het jaar des Heren 1517, op de 11de dag van juni, stierf de eerbiedwaardige heer, meester Hendrik van Moudwijck, kanunnik van de Utrechtse Domkerk, hier begraven. Bid voor hem.
