Translation
English translation In the year after the redemption of the world 37 above one and a half thousand on the calends of the month of April has died the reverend sir Johannes Utenham, canon of his church, buried in the city of Rome, on whose soul God may have mercy. Amen.
Dutch translation In het jaar van de verlossing van de wereld 37 boven op anderhalfduizend op de calendae van de maand april stierf de eerwaarde heer Johannes Utenham, kanunnik van deze kerk, in de stad Rome begraven, wiens ziel God genadig moge zijn. Amen.
