Completeness Incomplete: the slab was originally inlaid with five engraved brass plates. The central plate showed heraldry; the corner quatrefoils showed heraldry or evangelist symbols.
Condition In reasonable condition. The slab is worn, especially along the edges. The inscription, however, is properly legible.
