Parchment composite manuscript (main parts dating from ca. 1355) contains the Chronicon Egmundanum and the Chronographia by Johannes de Beke. Also contains the Libellus contra Judaeum quendam by Nicolaas van Lyra, an account of the St Marcellus flood in Leiden and the surrounding areas in 1362, two undated requests to the count of Holland, the statute of the count for Weesp (1355) and the Historia destructionis Troiae by Guido de Columna.

Paper manuscript (ca. 1500) contains the memorial texts Chronicon Egmundanum, the Chronographia by Johannes de Beka and Continuation IV of the Chronographia. In this copy of the Chronicon Egmundanum some elements are lacking: the list of abbots, counts and countesses in the prologue, and a part of the last charter.

Manuscript dating from the second quarter of the 15th century, containing the Chronicon Egmundanum and the Chronicon Hanoniense by Gislebert van Mons (beyond the geographical definition of this project). This version of the Chronicon Egmundanum has some elements the other medieval copies lack (Burgers, p. lvi.)

The manuscript consists of 4 codicological units, probably combined in the 11th century, at the pages of which texts were added in the 12th and 13th century.

Manuscript dating from the second half of the 16th century, contains a text about the lives of the abbots of Egmond known as the Opusculum de gestis regalium abbatum monasterii sancti Athalberti ordinis sancti Benedicti in Egmonda, chronicles concerning the history of several noble houses and a chronicle concerning the Utrecht bishops and the counts of Holland up to 1448.

Necrology of the monastery, written in the 18th century, but dating back to the fifteenth. The manuscript is fragmentary: only the period 21 May- 19 October is covered.
