Chronicles (e.g., Chronicon Egmundanum, Chronographia) and other texts; Leiden, UB, ms. BPL 2429

Parchment composite manuscript (main parts dating from ca. 1355) contains the Chronicon Egmundanum and the Chronographia by Johannes de Beke. Also contains the Libellus contra Judaeum quendam by Nicolaas van Lyra, an account of the St Marcellus flood in Leiden and the surrounding areas in 1362, two undated requests to the count of Holland, the statute of the count for Weesp (1355) and the Historia destructionis Troiae by Guido de Columna.

Paper manuscript (ca. 1500) contains the memorial texts Chronicon Egmundanum, the Chronographia by Johannes de Beka and Continuation IV of the Chronographia. In this copy of the Chronicon Egmundanum some elements are lacking: the list of abbots, counts and countesses in the prologue, and a part of the last charter.
