Paper manuscript dating from the 16th century, contains the lives of the first 28 abbots of the convent in Aduard, two biographies of Lambertus Helt (the 29th abbot) and a biography of Johannes Recamp (the 30th abbot). Gerard Meerman added a list of abbots up to 1578 in the 18th century.

16th century manuscript, containing biographies of two Dutch humanists, the 15th century Groningen scholars Wessel Gansfort and Rodolphus Agricola, probably written by their contemporary Goswinus van Halen.
Late 17th century manuscript containing amongst others a copy of the Chronicle of the Abbots of Aduard, that offers the most reliable text concerning the years 1528-1578. (The two 16th century copies do not include these last 50 years.)
