<1300: Construction of the church (tuff stone) and tower.
1300-1350; Construction of the transept and choir.
1350-1450: Addition of side aisles.
<1500: Addition of several chapels (tower) and a sacristy (choir).
1860-1864: Renovation of the church.
Around 1940 the church was in total decay.
1955-1956: Restoration.

After the Reformation the church was in use as a stable, a barrack and a depot. In 1955-1956 the Remonstrant Fraternity bought the St Geertekerk.
